P7s headed to Belfast today to take part in the EA REACH event for mental health week. We had a great day of practical workshops including dance, boxing, podcasting and arts & crafts.
We also had a talk from Annette Kelly from ‘Little Penny Thoughts’ on how we can look after our mental wellbeing.
We had a brilliant day and ended up come home with a tree as a gift from the REACH team.
